3. Academy & Training Programmes
Aviotech Academy offers instructor-led and self-paced training programmes. By enrolling, you agree to the following:
- Certification Disclaimer: Aviotech prepares students for industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) but does not itself award internationally recognised certifications. Certification examinations are conducted and awarded by the respective certification bodies at additional cost.
- Course Content: All course content, videos, materials, syllabi, and assessments are proprietary to Aviotech Technologies and protected by copyright. You may not redistribute, resell, or share them without written permission.
- Enrolment: Your enrolment is personal and non-transferable. You may not share login credentials or access rights with others.
- Code of Conduct: Students are expected to participate respectfully. Aviotech reserves the right to remove students who engage in disruptive, abusive, or academically dishonest behaviour without refund.
- Completion Certificates: Where issued, Aviotech completion certificates are internal documents acknowledging course completion and do not replace official certification bodies’ credentials.
- Self-Paced Courses: Access is provided for the stated period from the date of enrolment. Aviotech does not guarantee lifetime access unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
4. User Accounts & Registration
To access certain features — including support ticket submission and course portals — you must create a user account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for any activity under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach at [email protected].
- Not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
Aviotech reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
5. Payments & Refunds
Professional Services: All fees for professional IT services are agreed upon in writing before project commencement. Invoices are due within the timeframe specified in the relevant service agreement. Late payments may attract interest as permitted by applicable applicable international law.
Academy Fees:
- Course fees are stated at the time of enrolment and are payable before course commencement unless a payment plan is explicitly agreed.
- Refunds: A full refund is available if you withdraw within 48 hours of enrolment and have not accessed course content. After 48 hours, or once content has been accessed, fees are non-refundable unless Aviotech cancels the programme.
- Aviotech reserves the right to modify fee structures for future cohorts with reasonable advance notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Aviotech website and within course platforms — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, code samples, training materials, and software tools — is owned by or licensed to Aviotech Technologies and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use course content solely for your personal educational use. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any proprietary content without written consent.
- Use Aviotech’s branding, logos, or trademarks without express written authorisation.
- Create derivative works from Aviotech content for commercial purposes.
Client deliverables produced under a professional services engagement are governed by the relevant service agreement, which will specify IP ownership and licensing terms.
